Project Overview
The long awaited redevelopment of 52-56 Hazelwood Rd is good news not only for AC Developments, but local residents as well. The 70's modeled building has long been something of an eyesore in the area, with a dilapidated exterior matched by a disused interior in need of a total renovation.
AC Developments has taken on the project with the intention to convert the Northampton based building into an attractive new apartment block comprising 15 separate apartments over 3 storeys, all built to exacting standards. The building will receive a modern facelift as well as a total interior refit, providing a welcome boost to living space in the area as well as providing a huge improvement on the current aesthetic.
In addition to the modern apartments, the building will also contain sufficient refuse stores, bicycle storage and recycling facilities. AC Developments have kept residents abreast of the scheme via a distributed newsletter, ensuring smooth communication and transparency between all parties. Works are due to begin late April/May of 2015 and are expected to run for a 40 week duration.
