This stunning private residence is secreted away in a peaceful section of the island of Mallorca, Spain. Set against a picturesque backdrop of clear skies and rolling mountains, the complex represents a tranquil oasis in the midst of Spanish heat.

The complex features a modern open plan indoor dining area that can accommodate a number of guests. The design blends seamlessly into the outdoor terrace and is overlooked by an upper gallery; whilst high ceilings and a minimalist, white colour scheme create a cool and breezy atmosphere. The property boasts 5 bedrooms furnished with the highest quality materials. Lacquered timber keeps the floor cool, whilst contemporary bathrooms use an elegant palette to create a subtly modern space. The master bedroom features a stunning balcony area with a fantastic view.

Light and ventilation were primary focuses at the design stage. Impressively large, vertically positioned panoramic windows set in thin frames allow the majesty of the clear blue Spanish sky to meld into the property. The outdoor terrace features a comfortable seating area and a precision installed edge to edge pool. The exterior façade of the property is a testament to beautiful architecture. Structural sharp lines create a contemporary look, yet merge with the transparency of the water, windows and backdrop to create an appearance that blends seamlessly into the tone of the area.
