Project Overview
Refurbishment and extension to Units 4-8, including part demolition to build 2 two storey office building. Demolition and redevelopment to unit 9, providing a new 3 storey office building.
AC Plc working with McLaughlin and Harvey to install the Cefil single ply membrane system to update the existing buildings and install the same system on the new building. New galvanised roof decking has been installed to give a clean modern finish to all buildings to unify them in the business park.
